Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Saasy Software Services and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saasy Software Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We use Supabase for secure data storage and Paddle for secure payment processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We comply with global data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA. Paddle is PCI DSS SAQ A compliant, ensuring your payment data is handled with the highest security standards.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Saasy Software Services.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

In accordance with Paddle's policies, we offer a full refund on all initial subscription payments within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason during this period, please contact our support team.

3. Subsequent Payments

Refunds for renewal payments or requests made after the initial 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.
